1-of-a-kind RTW "Black Swan" classical tutu is constructed using traditional tutu making techniques giving this costume the longevity needed to withstand multiple years of use.

*Black bengaline with contrast gold metallic brocade lined with heavy twill.
*10 layers (5 rows) black diamond tutu net hand dagged 
*Piping upper and lower bodice
*silicone backed shoulder straps
*bone casings and removable boning
*bodice hand tacked to basque
*Hook and bar closures
*1.5" elastic waistband

*Subsequent layers are gathered on heavy powernet panty
