Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship your items using FedEx or our country's postal service Canada Post. Once your item payment has been processed we will provide you with shipment details as a separate invoice as our website does not include shipment estimates.
If your costume arrives damaged soiled or unuseable due to the carrier negligence, you are required to follow the procedures listed in the carriers policy and we shall not be held responsible for any damages. All items leave our shop in pristine condition and packaged with the utmost care and consideration for shipment.
Local residents close to our area are welcome to pick up their purchase. We are open for regular business hours Monday thru Saturday 10am-6pm. Please call ahead to schedule a pick up window. We are sorry but we no longer offer drop off service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Classical and romantic tutus are a very specialized item. Due to the nature of the garment all tutu costumes are made to fit with room for adjustments. Our shop does not provide adjustments for free. This is explicitly an added cost. Your are required to know how to properly take measurements and check the item finished measurements before purchase. If you require alterations after your purchase it is solely your responsibility to find a qualified seamstress or to book an appointment with our shop if we have the time availability to put your alterations in sequence of other orders ahead of you. shipping the item back to our shop for any alterations will be your responsibility as well as return shipment to you.
There are absolutely no refunds on any items, nor will the pricing be lowered adjusted if there is any need for alterations from another service.
