Classical Rehearsal Tutu
A dancer’s first classical tutu is an important milestone — and learning to dance confidently in that new silhouette is an important part of their training.
Our Classical Rehearsal Tutus are designed to give dancers the opportunity to become comfortable with the shape, movement and spatial awareness of a classical tutu during regular classes and rehearsals. Once the tutu is worn, the dancer can no longer easily look down to check their leg line and footwork, encouraging greater proprioception and confidence in their placement and movement.
Lightweight and practical for regular studio use, a rehearsal tutu allows dancers to experience how the skirt responds during pirouettes, turns and travelling movements while becoming accustomed to the additional space a tutu occupies around the body.
