Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing Tidewater Dancewear for your costume rental needs. Please review this agreement carefully after confirming costume availability with us directly. A costume is considered officially reserved only upon receipt of a signed agreement and full payment. By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined below.

How to Reserve Your Costume

  1. Contact Tidewater Dancewear to confirm costume availability and rental dates.

  2. Download and review the Rental Agreement below.

  3. Complete and sign the agreement and return it by email.

  4. Submit full payment for the rental.

  5. Your costume is officially reserved once both the signed agreement and payment have been received.

Please email the completed and signed agreement to tidewaterdancewear@gmail.com. Costumes are only considered reserved once both the signed agreement and full payment have been received.

Important Rental Policies

  • Costumes remain the sole property of Tidewater Dancewear.

  • Only gentle steaming is permitted.

  • The only authorized alteration is the movement of the metal bars at the back closure.

  • Any other alterations are strictly prohibited.

  • Renters are responsible for replacement costs in the event of loss, irreparable damage, or failure to return the costume.

  • By signing the agreement, the renter authorizes Tidewater Dancewear to invoice for any approved repair or replacement costs if necessary.
