Our practice tutus are built to be performance grade thus to help dancers become familiar with their movements and the space they will need to navigate using the structured hooped tutu before their big performance. Each tutu is meticulously constructed with a traditional basque in your choice of complimentary color matching the tutu net.  10 layers (5 rows) of net to ensure the utmost quality and durability. hoop is included.
